4.2 After payment is successfully made, a downloadable link to your template will be sent to the same email address provided by you within 24 hours. If your template does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.
4.3 Please note that pricing on the website includes only the template cost. Epromotions does not offer or promote additional services such as web design, development, domain registration, or hosting.
Your rights to access, download, and use any template become available once payment is made, subject to these terms.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. The downloadable link will be sent within 24 hours to the provided address.
Templates can be customized and used as per your requirements. Product descriptions are provided for every theme to ensure clarity.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services. Service operation may be affected by maintenance or factors beyond our control.

Epromotions provides a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days, either via credits or direct bank deposit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Non-Delivery of Product: Must be reported in writing within 30 days.
Download/Unzipping Issues: Must be reported to our Technical Support within 30 days.
Major Defects: If unresolved within 72 hours of report, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Product Not-As-Described: Must be reported within 30 days with clear proof.
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Epromotions management.
